A collaborative futures visioning and skill-building gathering designed to rebuild hope that our visions are possible, led by your friends at Sister Seasons + Girls Club Collective.
You’ll go from feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of carrying on in 2025 to feeling inspired by what we’re creating together, equipped with new futures thinking and systems change tools to help you in your day-to-day work, and clear on the role you want to play in stewarding our shared regeneration 🌍.
You had reciprocal relationships with other leaders who not only want to support YOU and your vision, but who also want to ask YOU for your support in making theirs a reality.
You had dedicated space to reflect on the highs and lows of this year, consider what you're craving right now, and set (and share!) intentions for 2025.
You were in a room full of people who not only inspire you professionally, but who also are reimagining ambition and building lives that light them up.
Connected AF is a 3-week relationship incubator and personal sustainability accelerator for heart-centered, values-aligned impact and ESG leaders and entrepreneurs. You'll join an intimate community of change agents who are dedicated to amplifying and supporting each other.

The person behind the program
You’ll connect with the group using our signature service-based networking introduction template. You’ll also receive your curated connection (and have an opportunity to schedule your call).
On this workshop-style call, we’ll create time for you to reflect on 2024, identify what you need to close out the year from a place of overflow (and how to make it a reality), and begin to craft your vision, intentions, and goals for 2025 in a way that actually feels *good.*
We’ll close out our accelerator with space for you to celebrate your wins this year, share your desires for the year ahead, and experience the mutual support that is core to our collective.
“I was awestruck with the amount of love and support I received both from Lis and the other absolutely inspiring participants. Struggling with major imposter syndrome, showing up each week willing to be seen and listen, I was met with absolute divine guidance through this feminine collective. By the end of the course, I felt more confident than I had in months to show up and share my mission. There is something so powerful about meeting in community with other badass, passionate women."
“It was an amazing experience, and I honestly still miss it. I also think that for me personally the last 5 years I have just been buried in work and haven't taken the time to think about why am I doing all this and where do I want to go and what is the image I want to portray to the world. It was a great opportunity to think abut those things, learn actionable steps to make them happen, and also connect with women in a similar space doing equally awesome work.”
You’re not in a place to both offer AND receive support from others.
You’re not ready to prioritize yourself and this program by showing up fully to our calls (as with most community experiences, you get out of this what you put in).
You’re here exclusively to sell your products or job search, and not to build reciprocal relationships (while people totally end up collaborating our spaces, this is a sales-free, transactional-networking free space).
Probably *not* for you if:
You want to prioritize connection with other people in our space, but with only so many hours in the day, the last thing you want to do is send a cold LinkedIn message to someone just as busy as you are.
You’re longing for inspiration in your day-to-day work and space to have vulnerable, authentic conversations about systems change and personal sustainability.
You’re used to being generous—you mentor, you make introductions, and you love opening doors—but you don’t always have somewhere to go to receive that same level of generosity and support.
You know that access to a brain trust of badass leaders would be a game-changer, but you have no idea where to start in building out your own personal board of directors.
You want to reimagine what ambition means for you and how work can actually fit into your life next year (instead of the other way around).
Given the physical distance between the members of our cohort, the sessions will be held virtually over Zoom to make participation as easy as possible.
Our scheduled calls will take place on Wednesdays at 9am PT / 12pm ET on December 4, 11, and 18. You can schedule your curated connection conversation at a time that works best for you + your match.
If you can dedicate 3-4 hours in the month of December to showing up for this program (and yourself!), you should be able to receive the maximum benefit.
That’s a great question! This is our first time running this experiment, and it’s something that we think benefits from more brilliance. If enrollment exceeds 25-30 participants, we may open a second cohort.
Absolutely! In the past, the majority of our program participants have tapped professional development funds at their jobs to pay for their participation. A number of participants have also been entrepreneurs, so this is a #businessexpense.
We have a template email that you can leverage if you'd like to start the conversation with your manager about whether you can put this on the corporate card.
(Our hope is YES. Think of this like an industry conference, only way more fun and connection-focused!)
