We’re hosting our next free quarterly community power hour in partnership with Reconsidered, and you’re invited. Our theme? Rethinking how we show up as change agents in 2025.
What does the "new sustainability" look like, and, as impact leaders, how can we meet this moment?
Authentic connections with other change agents.
A moment to *arrive* and take a deep breath.
Prompts and breakout rooms to inspire you.
Are you craving community and connection with like-hearted leaders in sustainability, social impact, and/or ESG?
If you consider yourself a feminist change agent, this event is for you. Please invite a values-aligned friend who you could see in this space alongside you.
I helped take the sustainability initiative at a Fortune 200 company from a single paragraph copy-pasted from something that got legal approval once upon a time to a full-on program featured on conference stages and in classrooms. I’ve consulted with companies whose products you use daily, and I’ve worked behind the scenes to build an impact program at the nation's most-hated and fastest-growing company (guesses?!).
I'm a firm believer in embracing the idea that it gets to feel good while you do it. (And not just once it’s done.)
I’ve been in the roles you’re in now — tasked with creating systems, organizations, and products that help people make good choices, battling outdated ways of thinking, and desperately wishing the island you’re on came with a cute one-piece and a bottle or two of bubbly.

We're the intentionally intimate leadership lab for feminist change agents. GCC is where impact leaders and entrepreneurs ready to reimagine our world join forces — because we know we go further together.
Through connection, embodied strategy, and amplification, we help the real-life humans who are birthing the new navigate transition more intentionally so that we can make a bigger impact in a more personally sustainable way. Our north star is a future that works for all of us, powered by collective leadership.
I'm an entrepreneur and communications strategist here to help impact leaders drive bigger, bolder, more sustainable change. Through my company Reconsidered, I build community, create content, teach courses and consult on sustainable business strategy and communications for leading brands and organizations — all toward a vision of a more thriving, just and resilient world.
We help impact leaders drive bigger, bolder, more sustainable change. Through content, courses, community and consulting, we’re working toward our vision of a more thriving, just and resilient world. Our small-but-mighty core team is global, multi-racial and woman-led, with headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
We believe that businesses need to be part of the solution. But we also recognize the obstacles: the resistance from stakeholders, the skepticism from business-as-usual types, the systemic barriers to justice and equality, and yes, even ourselves — our outdated assumptions, destructive patterns, unconscious biases and self-limiting beliefs.
Our mission is to help impact leaders overcome these obstacles so we can all drive bigger, bolder, more sustainable change. Because the approaches we learned in the past are not the approaches that will allow us to imagine and build a more thriving, just and resilient future.
Since launching Reconsidered in 2017, I've had the privilege to support a range of inspiring clients including Etsy, EILEEN FISHER, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, J.Crew Group, C&A, BESTSELLER, JACK & JONES, Maybelline New York, Sir Kensington's, Mailchimp, Autodesk Foundation, Ashoka, Fashion for Good, Textile Exchange, Alliance for Water Stewardship and the UN Development Programme. My experience is centered in strategic communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement and facilitation, with a particular focus on corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability and social justice.
“I was awestruck with the amount of love and support I received both from Lis and the other absolutely inspiring participants. Struggling with major imposter syndrome, showing up each week willing to be seen and listen, I was met with absolute divine guidance through this feminine collective. By the end of the course, I felt more confident than I had in months to show up and share my mission. There is something so powerful about meeting in community with other badass, passionate women."
“It was an amazing experience, and I honestly still miss it. I also think that for me personally the last 5 years I have just been buried in work and haven't taken the time to think about why am I doing all this and where do I want to go and what is the image I want to portray to the world. It was a great opportunity to think abut those things, learn actionable steps to make them happen, and also connect with women in a similar space doing equally awesome work.”
