Turn the future you can feel into your actual reality without hustle or burnout, even if you're already living the dream you once had for yourself.

A 5-month experience for leaders who are ready to stop trying to do everything alone and start seeing just how good it can get.

Girls Club Collective | Fall 2026

the

Threshold

You're standing at a threshold.

Maybe you're an entrepreneur who has hit the 10-year mark or a revenue goal you never thought was possible, and on the surface, it looks like everything is working. But you're working harder than ever trying to get the same results. Something inside you knows that your next chapter looks different... and you don't want to blow everything up writing it.

Or perhaps you finally got the title you've had on your vision board for years, and it doesn't feel the way you thought it would. You know that there is so much opportunity where you already are... but you wish it didn't feel so weird to be here.

It's possible that you've already taken the scary leap into the unknown and made a big bet on yourself and what's coming. But now you're here, in between things, and you didn't realize that making this pivot would feel quite so... lonely?

The Threshold is where you go to live into YOUR next level in community, with other women who can see you when you can't see yourself. Women who will help make the things you want inevitable.

Think execution meets expansion in a room full of humans that makes you pinch yourself and wonder how on earth you got here (in a good way).

The version of you that got you here won't get you where you're going.
Women talking and talking at La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla, CA.

The biggest difference between who you are now and that version of you is that she stopped trying to do everything on her own.

You know that 3am conversations with Claude only get you so far.

Something inside you already knows that you’re ready for what's next.

Women talking and talking at La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla, CA.

Not because what you’re doing isn’t working. In fact, it's entirely possible that right now, you're living your past self's 10-year vision.

But you can feel a part of you that's asking yourself if this is really it. Maybe you're curious about the version of you that consistently goes to yoga Friday morning instead of prioritizing the meeting that popped up. Or writes in your journal before you scroll on your phone. Or takes a nap and still wakes up to new clients in your inbox // cool speaking opportunities // fun plans with your partner and a sense of joyful anticipation about life.

Maybe you suspect that your current to-do list is longer than it needs to be (and that the thing that's going to move the needle isn't actually sending one more email... it's facing the thing you've been avoiding or asking someone for help).

You can outgrow the version of you that got you here without abandoning everything that that version of you built. Even if you've tried to make this shift before, but alone. Even if everyone around you already thinks you're already doing great. Even if you don't fully know who it is you're becoming yet.

Maybe you’ve glimpsed Future You in a conversation where someone saw you clearly and reflected your magic back to you. Or maybe she showed up in a moment when you trusted your intuition about a project and it turned out to be exactly right. Perhaps you haven’t seen her yet, but you feel her on her way.

If you’ve wondered how much better can it get but been scared to say it out loud?

The Threshold is where we find out, together, and do the work that makes it possible to *actually hold* your scary-big dreams when you receive them.

What The Threshold actually is

The Threshold is a 5-month embodied relational leadership experience inside Girls Club Collective.

This is not a beginner’s cohort. It’s for women who’ve been at this for years and are ready to live into what becomes possible when you actually stop going it alone. We’ll do two things at once:

The deep soul-level work. You’ll identify what's next (and what has to go). Stop second-guessing yourself. Do the hard things that actually move the needle. Be witnessed in the becoming so it *sticks.* Bring these tools to your life, your work, your relationships.

The practice. You’ll set real intentions for what you want and meaningfully prioritize. Show up for yourself and your dreams consistently. Enlist your people. Celebrate what's working. Make the vision real, one step at a time.

When you bring both together, something happens that feels like magic but is actually just what becomes possible when you stop going it alone.

Your desires are information about the future. You don't need a perfect plan. You need the right container.

Meet alumnae from our past GCC magicmind cohorts

To say that the magicmind experience is transformational is an understatement.

"I have experienced the magicmind multiple times, both as a participant and a co-facilitator. I choose to return again and again because the program has helped me make massive shifts toward my life's vision. To have your entrepreneurial dreams and ambitions held and witnessed in such a safe space where everyone believes in you and helps expand your network is the best gift I have given myself."

Suprita Kudesia

Girls Club changed my life.

"It empowered me to take up space and own my wisdom. Through Girls Club, I learned how to give myself grace. Lead in a way that is authentic. Celebrate the wins. And the rewards just kept coming!"

Stacy Magdaluyo

I honestly still think about the magicmind, often.

"This is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. What Lis and her team have built have changed the game for me as I build my business."

Danielle Azoulay

This *is* for you if:

You’re ready to let that something go and see what’s possible.

You have already done the work (so much work!)… you've gone to therapy, read books, taken courses... and you know you’re still getting in your own way on something.

You’re ready to live into what’s next.

This is *not* for you if :

You’re expecting to receive information and apply it on your own.

You're looking for another tactic to further optimize every minute of your life.

You’re waiting until everything is figured out before you show up and share what’s actually going on in your life and work.

You access a sense of possibility even amidst massive uncertainty.

You stop wasting time on things that aren't a priority because you know exactly what's important to you (and what's not).

Your relationships go through a major upgrade. You build the relationship infrastructure that will serve you for years.

Things you've been reaching for start arriving faster than you thought possible.

You feel like you have a trusted community of advisers and cheerleaders, opening doors and connecting dots.

You say yes to yourself — to desires you weren't even fully aware of — and start making them real.

You start believing in yourself in a totally different way.

This is what I mean when I talk about the depth required for speed.

And on a tactical, material level?

Participants in past cohorts like this have moved to new cities, left relationships that weren’t serving them, and fallen in love.

They’ve also gotten promoted, grown their teams, and landed new roles. And they’ve attracted new clients, booked 6-figure contracts, and stepped onto totally pinch-me stages.

Things you've been reaching for start arriving faster than you thought possible.

What changes when you say yes.

I've watched this happen for women in my world, over and over:

We don’t know exactly what’s going to happen when we gather a group this potent. But don’t you want to find out what it will make possible for YOU?

What becomes possible in our cohorts

Jessica received clarity and confidence.

"From the beginning to the end of the program, I experienced massive shifts in clarity and confidence (no small feat). There is real magic in the way the container drives much-needed focus and accountability while also offering the spaciousness to experience the ups and downs of "figuring it out" with the support and solidarity of some of the most thoughtful and impressive women founders I could have hoped to be in community with. I would 1000% recommend this to any and all women* looking to build clarity, community, and momentum."

Jessica Custer

Amanda got clarity on her business.

"Community for women is so important! They push you to take those risks that you wouldn't otherwise take. (This will) be one of the best experiences of your life, and you will gain life-long friendships from it."

Amanda Luchetti

Danielle hit her income goal.

“I hit my income goal for 2021 and picked up the second client I was looking for to end the year. I couldn't have done it without nudges and encouragement from my Girls Club!”

Teaching calls (60 minutes)

The intellectual foundation that makes everything else make sense. Designed for people in execution mode to apply in real time for real results. Each module begins here — the intellectual and philosophical foundation for what we're about to practice together.

Magicmind calls
(2 hours, every ~3 weeks)

This is the space where relational leadership gets practiced; where we rewire our “go it alone” programming and get support where we’re stuck.
This is the heartbeat. You bring the real thing you're working through. We help you move through it. This is where the magic happens.

Between sessions

Sometimes, most effective integration happens when we sit down with ourselves and notice what’s coming up. Potent homework, reflection prompts, and somatic practices to integrate the work in your body — not just your head.

The curriculum

Foundation: Feminine Leadership for a New Economy

Foundation: Feminine Leadership for a New Economy

A framework that reframes why the way you’ve been leading has felt harder than it needs to and what becomes possible when you show up differently. (Spoiler: You already know how to do this.)

This is where we start. The intellectual and philosophical grounding for everything that follows. Why the old operating system — control, certainty, hierarchy — breaks under complexity. What feminine leadership actually is. Why this moment demands it. What it looks like in nature, in communities, in the women who've been living it all along.

This is the TEDx talk and the manifesto, brought into the room.

Vision: The Future You're Birthing

Vision: The Future You're Birthing

Get a vivid understanding of what you’re actually working toward, not just in your work, but in your life. This is the clarity that makes decisions like how to actually use that time you have held so much easier.

What does the world you're working toward actually look like? And how are you showing up for it day to day? Macro vision and individual embodiment — we hold both.

Patterns: What Got You Here Won't Get You There

Patterns: What Got You Here Won't Get You There

Identify the specific pattern that’s been getting in your way and release it through a mix of movement and ritual.

Notice the patterns that have been driving you — and where they're no longer serving you. Then move them through the body, not just the mind.

Liminality: The Darkness as Friend

Liminality: The Darkness as Friend

You’ll build a new relationship with uncertainty that lets you stay in the not-knowing differently.

How do we sit with uncertainty? How do we find possibility in the in-between? The predawn as practice — being in what doesn't have a name yet, without rushing toward resolution.

Intuition: Learning to Trust What You Already Know

Intuition: Learning to Trust What You Already Know

A practice for hearing, trusting, and acting on what your body already knows.

The plan is almost never the challenge. The challenge is the alignment that comes from self-trust. Your body knows what you're longing for. This module is about learning to listen.

Resourcing: Real Self-Care, Reciprocity, and Receiving

Resourcing: Real Self-Care, Reciprocity, and Receiving

Resource yourself in a way that actually feels good (and yes, that includes asking for help).

Burnout, boundaries, and what it actually looks like to resource yourself in a way that feels good in your body. Setting intentions for 2027 that are embodied, not just intellectual. Enlisting mutual support along the way.

Containers: Creating the Conditions for Change

Containers: Creating the Conditions for Change

Design the relational conditions that make something else possible in your conversations, relationships, and communities.

How do we create the relational conditions that align with our vision? The most important leadership move isn't strategy — it's designing containers that allow a different way to become the default.

Culmination: Leading Differently — In Here and Out There

Culmination: Leading Differently — In Here and Out There

Practice a different way of leading and know exactly how to bring it into every space you walk into next.

This is where it all comes together. Not more curriculum — the embodiment. How does everything we've practiced actually change how you show up out there? In your meetings, your conversations, your team, your community. In the way you hold a room, ask for help, celebrate what's working.

We practice both modes: the let's-get-things-done energy AND the relational, embodied, connected energy. Knowing when to use each. Practicing the switch — and the integration.

Participants begin co-facilitating. The leadership we've been learning becomes the leadership we're living.

Girls Club mastermind retreat participants talking over happy hour in Guerneville

Hi! I'm Lis 👋.

In January 2020, I felt in my body — before I knew it in my head — that feminine leadership was the answer to the crisis I'd spent my career trying to solve. I gave a TEDx talk about that in July 2026.

The Threshold is the living, practiced version of that argument.

I'm the founder of Girls Club Collective — a community of women changing the world who don't want to do it alone — and have been coaching the real-life women who are birthing the new for the past 6.5 years.

I've spent 17+ years at the intersection of sustainability, corporate strategy and human potential — at BSR, inside Fortune 200 companies, in the halls of the UN climate negotiations and the World Economic Forum.

I've sat in rooms where major decisions were made and watched, over and over, as the quality of leadership determined everything.

This program is the operating manual for something we're already building, together.

A few questions you might have

Is this right for me if I'm not in sustainability or impact work?

Is this right for me if I'm not in sustainability or impact work?

Yes. The Threshold is for any woman at a genuine threshold in her life and work — regardless of industry. If you're evolving and you don't want to do it alone, you're in the right place.

How is this different from the magicmind?

How is this different from the magicmind?

The magicmind is the container The Threshold is built on, which is why we've included some alumnae results here. This includes the same facilitated magic. It also goes deeper, longer, and includes a new curriculum arc, guest teachers, somatic integration, and an [optional] in-person retreat.

What if I can't make the in-person retreat?

What if I can't make the in-person retreat?

The retreat isn't included because we know that some people who would benefit from this cohort wouldn't be able to travel for a retreat. Similarly, we know there are people in our world who would love to experience this magic in person but aren't in a place to commit to The Threshold. Reach out if you have concerns — we'll figure it out together.

I'm already a GCC member. Does my membership credit apply?

I'm already a GCC member. Does my membership credit apply?

Yes. You also get a discount on both the retreat and The Threshold. Let's talk in your alignment call.

I’m so busy right now. Will I actually show up for this?

I’m so busy right now. Will I actually show up for this?

If you’re busy doing things that don’t feel fully aligned with your vision for what’s next, this is the antidote to that. The Threshold will help clarify what does — and doesn’t — belong on your plate, and create space for you to *actually* prioritize what matters. You’ll get clearer on what matters, and my goal for this program is that you find that you have more time and space as a result of participating, not less, in part because you’re surrounded by people who can open doors, help you get out of your own way, and help you focus on what you actually want.

Things are actually going really well for me right now. Do I really need this?

Things are actually going really well for me right now. Do I really need this?

Probably not. But “really well” and “as good as it can get” are two different things. The Threshold is for you if you suspect there’s a version of your life that can get even better—and want to find out what’s possible.

I’ve invested in programs before and not gotten what I hoped for. How is this different?

I’ve invested in programs before and not gotten what I hoped for. How is this different?

This isn’t a program you consume: It’s a container you live into. The results come from showing up to the calls, homework, and relationships and bringing your actual life. If you’ve felt like something was missing in other programs, it was probably the community or practical application. Both are core to this experience, and that’s what makes this magic.

Is this too spiritual for me?

Is this too spiritual for me?

The Threshold is embodied and experiential, which means that we work with our bodies and our intuition. It’s not religious or dogmatic. If you’re curious and open, you’ll find yourself here.

I want to do this, but money feels scary for me right now.

I want to do this, but money feels scary for me right now.

I know that $4,250+ is a real investment. And while I personally believe that we are our greatest investments, I also know that investing in yourself can feel like a risk. That's why I want to offer you a way to feel it before you commit. Our upcoming workshops and alignment calls are your try-before-you-commit option.

Come experience what this feels like and then decide.

When does enrollment close?

When does enrollment close?

Applications close when we fill the cohort; our earlybird application deadline is November 30. Cohort size: 8–12 women.

In their words

“The best part of the program was meeting and forming meaningful connections with other smart, thoughtful, ambitious, and insightful women! If you're looking for a dedicated space to bring some of your tough questions you're working through, the Girls Club magicmind is an amazing place to get input, reflect, and sort through your tough questions together."

Dana Wilke

"I saw myself through the eyes of other women, and built a community of women who were my best cheerleaders, asked me tough questions, and helped me feel connected to those doing the same hard work of changing the world."

Danielle Jezienicki

"So many women are dealing with the same work-life balance and boundaries challenges, and we can learn so much from going deeper with other women, being open and sharing vulnerably."
