Hi I'm Lis,
and I'm your secret weapon.
I am an executive coach, facilitator, and founder of GCC, the intentionally intimate community for real-life humans who are birthing the new. My north star is a matriarchal future, powered by feminine leadership.
Prior to launching my business in 2020, I spent over a decade working at the intersection of sustainability, communications, and government affairs with organizations like BSR and Qualcomm.
Over the past 6.5 years, I have worked with hundreds of impact leaders from across the corporate responsibility landscape, including at brands like Google, Grove Collaborative, and PwC, nonprofit organizations like Mission Edge and Common Impact, academic institutions like Duke, UC Berkeley, and Presidio, and firms like Bespoke ESG, Raya Cooper Impact Consulting, and qb. consulting. Me and my work have been featured by Business Insider, Forbes, Nasdaq, and more.
Outside of work, I'm often reading contemporary fiction, planning my next beach adventure, or laughing with my son, husband and dog.
