In January 2020, I felt in my body before I knew it in my head that feminine leadership was the answer to the crisis I'd spent my career trying to solve. I gave a TEDx talk about that in July 2026.
I'm the founder of Girls Club Collective — a community of women changing the world who don't want to do it alone — and have been coaching the real-life women who are birthing the new for the past 6.5 years.
What we’re doing inside the 2027 portal is the best of the work I’ve done with hundreds of women changing the world since 2020.

On this workshop-style call, we’ll spend some time actually putting pen to paper to reflect on 2026, identify what you need to close out the year from a place of overflow (and how to make it a reality), and connect with the group.

This is the call where we make space and let $#!+ go. You’ll begin to craft your vision, intentions, and goals for 2027 in a way that actually feels *good,* AND you’ll identify what’s *not* coming with you.

We’ll close out our accelerator with space for you to declare your desires for 2027, celebrate your wins (and the wins that we know are coming), and experience the mutual support that is core to our collective.

This reflects the true cost of running GCC. It covers our overhead and expenses, allows us to compensate our team (including our founder) for the time we spend curating your experience, and makes it possible for us to reinvest in our business. We ask that you choose this option if you are currently employed, running a business that allows you to pay yourself more than enough (consistently) to cover your needs, or are otherwise resourced in a way that allows you to do so.
This price is designed to support our friends in moments of transition or who are running businesses or working in roles that don't yet meet your needs; it is made possible through our pay-it-forward memberships and member generosity. If you're ready to invest your time and energy in thoughtfully building community for this moment and beyond and need a little help to make this possible, this option is for you.

Will the calls be in person?

Given the physical distance between the members of our cohort, the sessions will be held virtually over Zoom to make participation as easy as possible.

Our scheduled calls will take place on Fridays from 10:00–12:00pm PT on December 11, December 18, and January 8 (10:00–11:30am PT for core programming, with an optional 30 minutes of connection time from 11:30am–12:00pm PT). You can schedule your curated connection conversation at a time that works best for you + your match.

If you can dedicate 4-5 hours in the month of December and 2-3 hours in the month of January to showing up for this program (and yourself!), you should be able to receive the maximum benefit. After the hypermind ends, 2-3 hours a month is usually enough for members to fully experience the benefits of ongoing GCC membership.

That’s a great question! This is our first time running this experiment, and it’s something that we think benefits from more brilliance. If enrollment exceeds 25-30 participants, we may open a second cohort.

Absolutely! In the past, the majority of our program participants have tapped professional development funds at their jobs to pay for their participation. A number of participants have also been entrepreneurs, so this is a #businessexpense.
We have a template email that you can leverage if you'd like to start the conversation with your manager about whether you can put this on the corporate card. (Our hope is YES–think of this like an industry conference, only way more fun, intentional and connection-focused!)
